UK Shipping Information

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Shipping is free of charge and will be delivered by UPS within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number. This can be used to track your order by entering it at www.ups.com.

VAT (at 20%) is included in the price you pay at checkout.

 

Shipping Information for EU Countries

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

All orders to countries within the EU are shipped using UPS. Kinalba will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and any import duties or taxes due.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number. This can be used to track your order by entering it at www.ups.com.

Orders are normally received within 3-5 working days from being shipped.

UK Tax (VAT) is not included or added to the price you pay at checkout.

 

Shipping Information for Rest of World Countries

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

All orders to countries out with the EU are shipped using UPS or Royal Mail (tracked and signed where available).  Kinalba will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and any import duties or taxes due.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This can be used to track your order by entering it at www.ups.com or www.royalmail.com.

Orders are normally received within 7-10 working days from being shipped.
