The Terms and Conditions only apply to Kinalba products purchased on this website. Please contact the vendor directly if you any questions or comments about a Kinalba product purchased out-with the online store www.kinalba.com.

Products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear online. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy (link to privacy policy).

Payment Information

Payments can be made with via Paypal or Stripe. You do not need to have an active Paypal account to make a payment using a credit or debit (bank) card. There are no additional costs for paying with a credit card.

Payments will be taken immediately once you have confirmed your payment method and details.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible and within the targets outlined in our ‘Delivery’ section. On occasion, we may not be able to meet these targets due to circumstances out-with our control, relating to, but not exclusively, shipping companies UPS, DHL and Royal Mail.

Returns Policy

If you receive your Kinalba product and are not entirely happy with it, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the goods are in resaleable condition (i.e. are unworn, unwashed, are in the original condition and still have tags on). If the Kinalba product you have received is faulty, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Although we make every effort to the contrary, we cannot guarantee that all information, product description, blog content and other text on the website is fully and entirely accurate and current. Blog content is entirely the opinion of the contributor and should not be regarded as advice from the company. The Kinalba brand stamp and brand logo are pending registered trademarks of the company.
